You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for services.
Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
Pay all fees in accordance with agreements.
Notify us of any changes affecting your business or operations.
Fees for services will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Payments are due as specified in the agreement.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure loads and communicate load details.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by third parties.
Carriers are responsible for ensuring compliance, equipment readiness, and safety.
Lease-on terms will be set in a separate lease agreement.
Carriers are responsible for all operational expenses unless otherwise agreed.
Aprayl Young Transporting Solutions reserves the right to terminate the lease agreement for non-compliance or breach of terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aprayl Young Transporting Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aprayl Young Transporting Solutions, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
We may terminate services or agreements at any time with written notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
